Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. If applicable, we will notify you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, customs processing, or holidays.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
- You can track your package via our shipping carrier’s website or through the tracking link provided in your email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at kupalinkasoap@gmail.com so we can assist you.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but missing. Please check with your local post office or neighbors.
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items.
